What's the difference between Recruitment-Only and Full-Suite HR?

Both models use the same recruitment process. The difference is what happens after the hire. With Recruitment-Only, we find and vet your candidate, support the offer process, and hand them over to you. You manage them directly. With Full-Suite HR, we stay on as your HR partner. We handle contracts, payroll, compliance, performance reviews, leave management, and replacements on an ongoing basis. Most clients hiring for execution-heavy roles choose Full-Suite. Clients hiring for senior or leadership roles tend to go with Recruitment-Only.

How does pricing work?

Full-Suite HR is a flat monthly management fee of $275 to $325 per hire, depending on headcount. No finder's fees. Recruitment-Only is a one-time placement fee equal to one month's salary, with a $1,500 minimum. Both start with a strategy call.

What roles do you specialize in?

We place across marketing, operations, and creative roles. The most common: email marketers, graphic designers, social media managers, virtual assistants, copywriters, video editors, project managers, and paid ads managers. If you have a role not listed here, book a strategy call and we'll tell you if we can fill it.

How long does it typically take to fill a role?

Your first shortlist of 5-7 vetted candidates typically lands within 7 to 14 days, and never later than 14 business days. That's a commitment we put in writing. From there, the timeline depends on how quickly you move through final interviews. Some roles close within a week of the shortlist. If the first batch isn't right, we keep going until it is.

What happens if a hire doesn’t work out?

On Full-Suite HR, you're covered by our replacement guarantee for as long as you're a member. If a hire leaves or doesn't work out, we find a replacement at no extra recruitment cost. On Recruitment-Only, you have 30-day placement protection, with the option to extend to 60 or 90 days.

Where do you source candidates from?

Wherever the role calls for it. Pakistan, the Philippines, South Africa, Eastern Europe, and Latin America are popular picks among our clients. We'll recommend the best region based on the role, timezone requirements, and budget on your strategy call.

Where are your clients based?

We work with agencies, ecom brands, and startups across North America, the UK, and Europe. As long as your team operates remotely, we can support you.

How involved am I in the hiring process?

You join a strategy call at the start, review a scorecard when your shortlist is ready, and do final interviews with your top candidates. That's it. Sourcing, screening, assessments, and coordination are all handled by us.

Can I start with one model and switch later?

Yes. Some clients start with Recruitment-Only for a senior hire and move to Full-Suite HR when they're ready to scale. Others start with Full-Suite from day one. We'll help you figure out which model fits on the strategy call.
